To clean your bag start by using a stiff brush to remove any excess dirt. Then use cold water and a sponge to wash the bag by hand. Let the bag air dry. If your bag still looks dirty, repeat this process. We do not recommend putting our bags in the washing machine.
Our bestselling Roll Top Backpack is crafted from fully waterproof materials, featuring water-resistant zips and waterproof binding. Our canvas bags and bike-packing range are water-resistant, suitable for heavy rain, but we don't recommend submerging them in water.

Payment
If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may be required to pay import duties and taxes when your order reaches your country. These and any additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns
If you are unhappy with your order, you can return it up to 30 days from the date of receiving the product. Just get in touch via email and we will sort it out. Please note that the return order is your responsibility until we receive it. We recommend sending with a traceable and signed for service. We will refund you the value of the item as soon as we receive it. Further reductions may be applied due to any damage incurred in transit.

Refunds are processed as soon as we receive your return at the warehouse. The total will be refunded to your original payment method, and it may take up to 5 working days to appear.
