If we are unable to reach you, your order will be cancelled, and any payment refunded in full.

Availability & Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch all products within 2 working days. If an item is delayed or unavailable, we will notify you via email and dispatch it as soon as possible. Items ordered together may arrive separately.
We are not liable for any delay in delivery. If an item is discontinued or unavailable, we will offer a suitable alternative or a full refund.
Payment
We accept online payment via Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, or Solo through our secure checkout.
All prices are listed in pounds sterling (£), unless adjusted via the region selector on our website. Payment is taken upon order processing. If an item is later found to be unavailable, a full refund will be issued as promptly as possible. Refunds may take a few days to clear depending on your provider.
International orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We make every effort to dispatch orders quickly but accept no liability for delivery delays. You are entitled to cancel a delayed order prior to dispatch and receive a full refund.

Returns
